Compact tuning fork level switch

I. Product introduction
RST71 series tuning fork (liquid) position switch has been widely used in industry, it is not afraid of hanging material, not afraid of impact, high sensitivity. It USES the principle of "resonance" of tuning fork to produce vibration under the drive of piezoelectric element. Only when the probe rod is surrounded by materials, the vibration amplitude is reduced sharply, thus producing switching action.
Ii. Working principle
A tuning fork is driven through a piezoelectric wafer, and a vibration signal is received by another piezoelectric wafer, which circulates the vibration signal and causes the induction rod to resonate. As the material comes into contact with the rod, the vibration signal decreases until the resonance stops and the control circuit outputs an electrical contact signal.
Iii. Product features
1. Strong adaptability: different electrical parameters, bubbles, vibration and density of the measured material have no influence on the measurement.
2. Maintenance free: No maintenance is required once the tuning fork limit switch is installed and put into operation, as the testing process is completed by electronic circuit and no moving parts.
3. No tuning: Since the tuning fork limit switch is not affected by the electrical parameters and density of the measured medium, no matter what kind of liquid is measured, on-site tuning is not required
